Prices
All prices on are given in danish Kr. (DKK.), unless there has been chosen a different currency actively.
We accept mastercard, VISA, VISA dankort & VISA Electron. No fees are charged for credit cards and the amount is deducted only when the item is shipped.
You can also choose to pay with invoice, EAN-invoice or direct bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, you are not protected by the opposition scheme.
Contracts (order confirmations)
Immediately after placing the order, the order confirmation will be sent to the customers email. If you want a new confirmation sent via mail, please contact sale@nord-t.eu. Terms of business will always be found on https://shop.nord-t.eu/.
Language
Trade agreements / contracts will always be made on danish, unless otherwise agreed.
Order
Trade agreements can be made on the phone, mail, live chat or on the web shop. Ordering via the web shop, happens as following:
The wanted products are put in the cart.
– Go to the cart
Enter payment- and delivery info (it is possible to go back and change this before final ordering)
– Approve the order and pick payment method, accept our terms of business and place order (if credit card is chosen, please checkout).
– Enter the payment card information on a secure connection and approve the payment.
If we cannot deliver the goods due time against expectations, you will be contacted within 24 hours on the next weekday. Orders containing an out of stock item, will be effectuated after further agreement with the individual customer.
Delivery time
We are using PostNord, Courier Copenhagen, Parcel Feeder and FedEx to send products.
On the web shop we have a fixed price on freight within Denmark on 90,00 DKK, within other European countries on 550,00 DKK and within EU countries on 375,00 DKK.
All goods are sent/delivered as fast as possible after placing orders.
It is evident on the individual item, if it is on stock.
The expected time of delivery for a product on stock is 2-3 weekdays within Denmark and 6-8 weekdays to other countries.
The goods will be delivered with distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.

Right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for traders. See the section for consumers, for information about right of withdrawal if you are placing an order as a consumer.
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on all products, which starts on actual delivery date. This means that the customer, if the warranty is justified, either can get the item repaired or switched, get the money back or a discount, depending on the individual situation.
You must make a complaint within “reasonable time” after the flaw has been found. If you make a complaint within two months after the flaw has been found, your complaint has been timely.
If the warranty is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packing. Remember to get the receipt for sending the package, so we can return your shipping costs.

Når har du sendt en vare ind til reklamation vil du altid få tilsendt en mail når vi har modtaget varen. Once you have submitted your item for complaint, you will receive a mail once we receive the item. In the mail, you will get information on how we will process your complaint.

We use the following information when you trade with us:
Name, adress, phone number, mailaddress and IP-adress.
We register and pass name, adress, phone number and mailadress to our shipping partner (see Delivery time), in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal data is registered with Nord Technology A/S and is kept for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with other companies, who keep and process data. The companies only process the data on our behalf and may not use them for own purposes.
We only collaborate with data processors in EU or in countries, who can give your information a sufficient protection.
The data controller at https://products.nord-t.eu/ is Nord Technology A/S.
You have the right to be informed what information we process about you.
If you mean that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal information, if you ask us to. That can be if your data no longer is necessary in relation to the purpose we had to use them for. Credit card information
In combination with electronic payment, Nord Technology stores, for safety measures, no credit card information. Only in the moment of payment, to some extent, financial information must be transferred to Clearhaus and QuickPay. his happens with the highest amount of safety measures via an encrypted SSL connection by regulations from NETS.
Use of cookies
On https://products.nord-t.eu/ “cookies” are used to control the content in the cart and for statistic purposes. A “cookie” is a definition for a small text file with information, which is saved on the users computer. If you wish to delete the cookies, it can be done via the browser settings: In Firefox under the menu:

If you shop as a consumer:
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have 14 days of right of withdrawal, when you trade with us.
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you have received your goods. If you have ordered several different goods in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the duration starts from the day you received the last item.
If the purchase consist of several lots or parts, the right of withdrawal’s 14 days expires the day you receive the last lot or the last part.
If your agreement is a regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline implies that you have 14 days from receiving the goods to contact and inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase. You can send a mail to sale@nord-t.eu or use the standard withdrawal form, which is to be found in your invoice mail.
You cannot withdraw your purchase by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us at the same time.
Withdrawal of a part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the opportunity to return one or more goods, even if they are bought in the same order.
Please note, you must get a package label from us, to have your shipping costs covered.
Return
When you have notified us that you want to use your 14 days of right of withdrawal on your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.
Please note, you are liable if damage occurs during transit to us.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be withdrawn:
EDB-products, if the sealing has been broken.
The item’s condition when you return it
If the goods has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the nature of the product, properties and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends of the items commercial value and in some cases, it means that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packing. If the original packing is missing, it can result in an impairment of the product.
Refunding the purchase amount
If you withdraw your purchase you will get your money back. If the product is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (this does not include extra delivery costs in those cases, where you have chosen a different delivery than the cheapest form for standard delivery we offer) at the latest 14 days from the day we have been notified that you wish to withdraw.
We return the amount with the same payment method you used at the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can retain the payment until we have received the item and performed a check of the goods.
